Return and Refund Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-returnable items include used items, worn slippers, damaged items caused by customer handling, and final sale items.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.
